We structure our pricing using the industry standard of measurable square footage.

Factors such as degree of stain, time spent, and materials used, are used in determining the final price of square footage .

There is quite extensive variability in the time spent for each job, however you can expect that the majority of projects will run anywhere from 4 hours on the smaller scale, to 2 days for a large project.

Projects will always be inspected at its end

First time members will receive a one time, 10% reduction on their initial purchase, from their previous pressure washing service by producing documentation, credit card statement, invoice, and details of the services performed by any competitor that states the price paid for the service.

Any referral that is made, and executed, will receive a 10% discount on their next service, up to 5 referrals (ie. 50% off) on the next available job.
